This is a canvas print of our CopyCat digital painting. It includes some educational info about the original painting “The Sleeping Gypsy” by Henri Rousseau on the back.

The canvas is not a loose canvas but comes ready to hang. I recommend using those 3m command strips on it.

CopyCats is a family business that I started with my seven-year-old daughter because we appreciate classical art and cats. Our CopyCats (what we call our paintings) are great for adults that love cats and classical paintings, and they are a great introduction to classical art for children. Great for kids’ rooms and nurseries.

Rousseau first exhibited the painting, and tried to sell it to the mayor of his hometown but was unsuccessful.
