Description

This is a canvas print of our CopyCat acrylic painting. It includes some educational info about the original painting “The Scream” by Edvard Munch on the back.

The canvas is not a loose canvas but comes ready to hang. I recommend using those 3m command strips on it.

CopyCats is a family business that I started with my seven-year-old daughter because we appreciate classical art and cats. Our CopyCats (what we call our paintings) are great for adults that love cats and classical paintings, and they are a great introduction to classical art for children. Great for kids’ rooms and nurseries.

Fun facts about the original painting:

I was walking along the road with two friends – the sun was setting – suddenly the sky turned blood red – I paused, feeling exhausted, and leaned on the fence – there was blood and tongues of fire above the blue-black fjord and the city – my friends walked on, and I stood there trembling with anxiety – and I sensed an infinite scream passing through nature.
